Internet and TV went down due to PUD work being done. That's fine and internet came back at said time. LocalTel TV however did not come back and after calling every hour they kept extending it by another hour! They need to just say they don't know when the hell the issues will be resolved. Come on guys, be truthful please! One star for this incident only, otherwise it is a great company!

Our phone systems at multiple locations went down. Chaos as you can imagine! Candi handled it all with incredible professionalism, and expertise. People like Candi make reliability and customer care the reason Local Tel is a great service provider.

I contacted Local Tel because we switched our TV provider and our internet had been slow or out. Very quick with a response - there had been an outage in our area. Based on our conversation however, we increased our internet speed that day and made arrangements to move/update our router to a more central are in our home. The whole process was quick and easy. Our installer was prompt, efficient and very informative. I was even more impressed when I actually received a call a week or so later checking to make sure we were happy with the new router/speed and had it resolved our issues. Would highly recommend LocalTel.

Our router needed to be updated and we didn't know that. We called Localtel after hours and asked for help and the guy on duty helped us for a long time and got it all back up! We appreciate these guys SO much! Always recommend you!

Email service has been down since yesterday afternoon. Only messages we see regarding any of it is on FB and last was they should have restored by 2:00 am this morning. NOPE not at all and tech support, which is supposed to be there 6:00 am - Midnight, won't answer phone. Do not recommend this company at all!!

Every time I call I am amazed how friendly and helpful the person/people on the other end of the phone are. Without exception. Absolutely first-rate customer service. I cannot say enough good things about they way we’ve been treated as customers.

When establishing a new funeral home in Wenatchee, we found LocelTel to be very helpful and prompt. Call forwarding for after hours and their robust internet service has been crucial and dependable. Brookside Funeral Home thanks you! Excellent customer service as well.

Just found out that I was being charged for 1 gigabyte service and recieving 100 mbits for over a year. Now my service is actually 600 mbits max off speed tests. I was unaware this was the reason I was having problems with security cameras, exhaust fans, irrigation controllers and other wifi devices (countless hours of tech support for these devices). Contacted localtel to ask for a partial refund since there was no hardware or wiring problems on my end and the gal was unsympathetic and not helpful at all. It seems they have a local monopoly on service, so not many other options, similar to our medical provider in this valley.
